The staff were friendly and helped with any issues. My single room with a large TV, microwave, and air conditioning was great. There were a microwave, electric kettle, and refrigerator upon arrival.

My room was large thanks to the amicable staff. Its location was great and perfect, in the middle of jackson. I really enjoyed that hotel was relatively close to Kishlak, the food was nice. I was there for 6 nights and would stay here again: D
